This type is used on all supercharged engines EXCEPT automatic gearbox vehicles. Auto Gearbox supercharged models use part number 11421486687 if the housing is original.

For R50 / R52 non supercharged, this fits the later type housing. SEE PICTURE OF CAP IN LISTING!

Non supercharged engines can use this part or 11421486687 depending on the housing fitted to the vehicle

Note that caps CAN interchange, this is not a guaranteed method of identifying which gasket is needed. Only the late type housing is supplied by MINI as a replacement part so many early vehicles have the late housing fitted.
